Over the years, ICMH and its Skills and Ability Schools have been slowly yet surely creating a good reputation. A senior Educator of the Hearing Impaired Division of the School at Nerul was invited to visit as a resource person at Vikas Vidyala, Dadar to conduct an orientation programme for a week for tenth standard students of Mathematics and Science. She was also invited as an external representative to conduct practicals of Physiology and Hygiene for the tenth standard.

The Educator who conducts Vocational classes for the Mentally Challenged Division played a very important role in imparting training for young adults on Horticulture and Environmental Science. She was also encouraged to participate in activities organized by "Friends of the Trees" at the Mazagoan reservoir, an Orchid Farm and a reputed nursery at Karjat.
